Selecting multiple hyperlinks in form of Shapes/pictures?

Hi there,

First of all apologies I wasn't too sure what type of enquiry this would be.

On my excel spreadsheets I have a hyperlink in the form of shapes/pictures in each row that I have to click individually to update my work progress. (I think i've uploaded an example)

Is there a way that I can incorporate an easier way so that I can get all of these shapes/hyperlinks clicked at once so I don't have to click them individually?

I know you can get formulas to click text hyperlinks but my knowledge of excel is miniscule and I cant covert these shapes/pictures to text.
