How to see what macro is assigned to ribbon button

I need to see what macro is assigned to a button on a custom ribbon.

I used to be able to right-click the button and use the 'Assign Macro' option, but that option no longer exists. I only have Add to Quick Access Toolbar, Hide Quick Access Toolbar, Customize the Ribbon and Collapse the Ribbon.

I've seen other posts that use a VBA scrip, but that only works on command buttons within a workbook and my buttons are on the ribbon.

Any suggestions?
