Excel + Outlook + Gmail: I want to use Gmail Schedule Send instead of Outlook Delay

Hi,

I built a mail merge spreadsheet with a macro that send personalized and delayed emails according to their timezone using Excel and Outlook. It works fine.
My email provider is Gmail.
When I send a campaign with 1000+ emails, I have to keep my computer running for days.
Gmail has a function to schedule emails.

Instead of staging my emails to be sent in Outlook, is it possible to have the macro to stage these emails on the "Scheduled" tab in Gmail?
Or is there a MS solution that I ignore that would allow me the same thing?
I don't mind migrating to MS365 if needs be, and this way, all my emails would be in the cloud after I create them and I wouldn't/t have to keep my PC on forever.

Outlook has to be running to send emails so your PC needs to be running. I've used Azure Function Apps to send emails using my Outlook account. I have a database with email details and templates. I schedule the Azure Function app to run every 5 minutes, queries database for emails to send, sets up template and sends email. I wrote everything in C#. I used Azure SQL DB for the database. I ran everything on my home PC initially to get it running but easily moved it to the cloud.
