How to Get data from encrypt file excel

I have a password-protected spreadsheet called "JOB A"

I also have another sheet called "JOB B" also with a password that must pull data from "JOB A".

However, when I try to pull the data, Excel throws the following error:

I know it's because of the password because when I remove the password from "JOB A" it manages to pull the data. However, I cannot leave this spreadsheet without a password, because it has sensitive data.

How should I proceed? Is there any way to pull data from spreadsheets with a password?
Or do you need to do a VBA to unlock them and after pulling the data lock again? If yes, could you provide me? Please Help me

If you know password use vba to unlock, see data then lock file again

Just adding to the problem information:

- The "JOB A" worksheet is actually several worksheets!
- I know everyone's password. I created them and put a unique password to facilitate;
- So, the worksheet "JOB B" must, by VBA put the password in all, open and pull the data as a "SUMMARY";

To better exemplify, I made a case here, with three JOBS "A1, A2, A3" I already made the summary in Power Query in a worksheet called "JOB B"

The summary is on the "JOB B" worksheet:

Every line like that was pulled in Power Query.
Now I'm going to change the value of "PAGO EF" inside the "JOB A3" worksheet. from $33,000.00 to $34,500.00.

However, now I will put password on all worksheets:
Password: 4010
"Numbers Only"

Now, I can no longer update the values inside the "JOB B" worksheet, showing the error already presented above:
