I am looking for a solution to automate the exam invigilation duties.

I found a video on youtube by name My Invigilation Timetable Demo by Matthew Hains in Computer Applications Technology Channel.
But I couldn't find a file there.

Can someone help me if you have a similar version or some other version which will help me to sort out the problem?
