Do not create a back up if name of WB i changed

I use this code to backup my woorkbooks and it is working great, now my question

I have a WB thats name are EMV INTERN REV and date of revision

I use this as a template and change date on it when i have done some changes

How can i rewrite this code so it will only create backup when the WB are named EMV INTERN REV and some date, if i change the whole name it will not be created a backup
