Office Script to Get Display Format (check if conditional formatting active)

I am attempting to write an office script that checks the cells of a column and does something if the conditional formatting is active in the cell. I have everything figured out except how to check if the conditional formatting is active. I saw something in VBA called Display Format that is similar to what I'm hoping to use in office scripts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
