I have the Automate tab on the ribbon, but there is no Record Actions button, only an option to create a new script or view some examples.
Does anyone know how to get it please?

You need to be on the Insider track for the button in windows

Thank you Andy. Hopefully we will get it soon.
Do you know if that also apply to PowerAutomate? I have the Flow Templates section with Automate a Task button but its grayed out. I am on desktop Excel not the online version if that matters.
Interestingly, my Automate tab has now disappeared and isn't available in the Customize Ribbon options.
version is 2211 build 16
The record function for Office Scripts is only available in the online version.

I have it back on 365 which is not online. Maybe it needs one drive or something.
