Need a numerical pulldown menu with end results creates checkboxes in a column

Hello, would it be possible to do this.

I create a pulldown menu of a numerical value like 5 in this example.

After I choose 5, it would create in two other columns, that numerical value from 1 to the chosen #, and a checkbox next to it like the picture displayed below?

The excel file is copied and pasted checkmark boxes. Feel free to add another worksheet if you can help please.
