Code to combine data of 2 sheets with condition

Hello Experts
I have here an incomplete code to combine data of 2 sheets with 2 conditions. One is that the data is combined under the same heading but in 2 cases. The second condition is that the amounts copied from the source sheet should display as negative in the destination sheet. I am not able to get the source data right under the destination sheet. I need your expertise to edit and correct this code. I have inserted the expected result sheet in the workbook.
Please note the code is not working and will erase the data of the destination sheet. So, I have created a copy of the same for that purpose.
