From this description and your file, there is not enough information to understand what you want to do. Give at least a few examples of your input data and also desired results, and explain how you get the results. What do you mean "Pull such pattern"?
Here is your file content:
A B C D 1 KEISTER KEISTER KIESTER 2 KIESTER 3 LEISTER 4 RETILES 5 STERILE

Are we to only test vowels reversed in positions 2 and 3 of a word (as per above macro) ?

Macro speed is beyond bionic results are wrong
find attached dictionary for tests
You have not given enough info for an accurate understanding...Upload a sample file with expected result of at least 20 matches...
Good Luck
I don't presume to know what I am doing, however, just like you, I too started somewhere...

Excel Forum Rocks!!!
Explain repeat , i am looking for words where vowels interchange position
K(EI)STER K(IE)STER regardless the position , here in this example ei and ie exchanged still forming a valid word which exists on a1 which is the dictionary
Ask the macro to do the follow
check if position vowel of position 2 is at position 3 next word
check if position vowel 3 is at position vowel 2 vice versa
while the rest of the letters are same
It should then do postion 3 and 4 vs 4 and 3 and so on
Follow post #8 at least

I'll look at improving speed as it takes some time
