Need VBA code that updates newest rows from a different workbook

Hi Ya'll. I need some experts here. I've been trying to solve this for days.

I have 2 workbooks. One spreadsheet is for invoice info and the other is for transactions input manually including the copied over invoice info.

So I need the script to copy over all unique rows in my invoice list to my transactions. Right now, my script is copying everything multiple times, over and over.

I dont want duplicates, only unique rows. I took the macro timer off, but it will run automatically every 30 mins to check if there are any new rows of data on Invoice List to be copied.

The VBA script I'm using is in Sales.xlsm and it copies over to my Transactions.xlsm table data.
