Arranging Pivot table data from Newest to oldest to Newest does not appear

Dear Sir,

Recently I have faced a problem with regard to Pivot Table in arranging data .I could not arrange or sort the the column K "Job Set Time" of sheet 1 which is composed of date and time. This I achieved in Sheet2 by copying and pasting the Pivot data.And then using filter.There comes the option "Sort oldest to Newest" in dropdown filter.But the same does option "Sort oldest to Newest" does not appear in the sheet 1. As I do have a lot of Pivot tables and in this way copying and pasting takes a lot of time.

Is there any method of doing so.If so then kindly let me know.

Thanks for the reply.This you have done by copy paste.I am expecting to get arranged automatically and not by copy paste.I have a lot of Pivot tables like this.But I cannot go one by one like this doing copy paste as it is takes unnecessary time and unnecessary creating new sheet to get arranged.

I had modified the pivot table to get the desired result & that was not a copy paste and sort.

Can you kindly let me know what are the steps and how you have done.

Please move the "Job Set Time From" field to the beginning of the Row Labels since you want the Pivot table to be sorted based on this field. I have attached a snapshot showing where to change.

It means I have to simply move that column at beginning.And it will automatically get arranged.Is that so ?

But one problem is here that I cannot change the position of that "Job Set Time From" from K to B as this is the reporting part to the boss where he does the analysis ?

I think I have to move towards VBA forum.
