Color row based on number or text within a Table

I have two separate requests.

The first:
I have a table and I want the table row with certain text such as "Fee" to be colored (yellow)

The second:
I want the column F cell in a row to be dark gray when the cell in column C in that row is "Misc. debit".

I was trying to use conditional formatting. but had no luck. Perhaps some macro?
