Cell color change automatically

Hello, I have made a function to see if a cell is green or not. However whenever I change the cell color it will only work if I click into the formula and hit enter again. I want to be able to have it update automatically without having to click into the formula everytime. Any advice? I have attached the function that I created.

You could add Application.Volatile True
but changing the color manually will not activate the Calculation, once the sheet calculates, the result will show.
