XLOOKUP not matching across sheets either by VBA or Formulae

Attached sample has two Worksheets (MASTER and SITE 1) containing same data in Cols A -B but in different order.
SITE 1 worksheet has additional data in Col D that needs to be copied to the relevant row in Col D on the MASTER worksheet.

Col F tries to do it by a Formula, which is not working.
Col H shows what the output should show in Col D.

Following Code should fill Col D automatically, but none of the four approaches work:
