Restrict Copy/Paste or Drag

What's the best way to restrict the user of using copy/past or drag cells but make it work when using in a macro?

I have many formulas that are using copy / paste but I want the sheet to be restricted so the users won't be able to ruin the tables.

Add logic to your macro to unprotect the sheet before the sheet manipulation starts, and then re-protects the sheet after the manipulation ends.

I do use quite often unprotect/protect sheet in that file but can't figure out hot to disable cut, copy, paste or drag in the document.
