What is wrong with code?

Hello
Could someone please review the code and tell me what's wrong? Macro runs successfully and copies the data from InputData sheet into Sheet1 except 2 columns.
Data in column P and Q in InputData sheet are Dates (with date formatting). VBA is not pasting the data from these two column in column T and U in Sheet1. After macro runs successfully, column T and U are blank. One thing to note, after macro runs, cell T2 and U2 in Sheet1 is having Date formatting whereas remaining cells are having Custom formatting.
