    Question "Search Bar" implementation query

Macro searches for "schools", can we make it search for anything?

If i create a cell for ?searches? where u can type anything u want (i.e. i have a column called ?schools? and i want to filter everything by school, but afterward i have a new set of data and i have a column called ?class? and i want to filter everything by class) can i make my macro alter it?s own program? or could i make a second macro that could edit the program? or would i have to manually go through my program and change the variable?

Post a sample of your data. If you have the data in an Excel Table, this should be fairly easy to do with VBA.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
