convert folder of xml files to xlsx

My first post. Many thanks in advance for all the help.

I did find a VBA that worked but now cannot find it. Essentially I wish to convert around 2,000 xml files which are all in one folder to xlsx files in another folder. Is there a simple vba code that I can use?

Many thanks for the reply. I was unclear - I have no VBA knowledge. The VBA I found was online. Would someone have a simple piece of vba code?

'simple piece of vba code' has no sense as a VBA code is specific to a context and guessing can't be coding …

So you can first operate manually and once it works as expected you can activate the Macro Recorder and redo only the necessary operations.
Once done, you could share your generated code in order some helper may modify it
according to your next best complete elaboration with nothing to guess …
