Match cell color from a table with conditional formatting

I need to make a heatmap of a warehouse based on how frequently those locations are visited. To do this I wanted to make a table with the location ID and the frequency, use conditional formatting to color the cells, then copy the cell colors to a different range with the location IDs in a different configuration. Any guidance on this would be much appreciated!
