Moving data from filled row to blank row in bulk

Hi all,

New to the site and need some help please.

I have 3 sets of data:

- Set 1: An entire list of companies
- Set 2: A partial list of companies with emails
- Set 3: A partial list of companies with emails

I am trying to move the emails from set 2 and set 3 into the "master" set 1 list.

I'm not great with Excel, I conditionally formatted to check duplicates and I can see the duplicates but there's thousands there and doing it manually would take me ages.

Is there a way to bulk move the duplicates from set 2 & 3 into set 1?

RE your questions:
- Same workbook (I can move if needed of course)
- I've attached a screenshot for starters (happy to attach file if needed it's just a large file with lots of data)

So there are 3 sets of data (signified by the block of black), the top set has no emails in column I where as the following two sets do have emails. There will be duplicates in column B and I want to move the last two sets of data (with emails) to the top set (without emails).

It is clearly a simple error. I also clearly stated I am not great with Excel.
