Clear Table content and paste new content

Looking to VBA code for these steps

1- clear table content
2 - paste value only in the first cell in the table for the copied data (data will be 4 columns)
3 - delete the first pasted row because it will contain unwanted data (delete only table row, not sheet entire row)
4 - resize the table to fit new content

Try something like this (copied data in M1:P4). If you load the wanted data, without the first row directly in to the variable "ar", you don't have to delete the first row afterwards.
