Compare columns and delete range if match not found

Good afternoon all

I am looking for a macro on how to delete a range (not the row) when there is no match found when 2 columns are compared

In the attached... column Q is compared to column A,,, if a match is not found in A then the information in L to V would be deleted,, in this example L3-V3, L4-V4, L6-V6 and L28-V28 would be deleted

Any help would be very much appreciated
