Adjust VBA to not require dates exist in data?

Is there a way to edit the code below to not require a date be in the data to find it? I can't even figure out where it's restricting it. If there is a dummy line with each date it works perfectly, but when certain dates don't exist in the data, it runs into issues.

I'd like to keep as much as the code as possible as other than this, it's running perfectly (other than the date thing) with a large amount of data. Credit goes to JohnTopley for this, I was banging my head trying to do this.
