Pulling Data from other sheets between certain dates

I have a worksheet that is used to track work item quantities for construction projects. Every 30 days we have to show a breakdown of every work item that is completed in that 30 day period. We call this an estimate. Each work item is in its own tab and the number of columns may differ for each work item. Is there a way to pull rows of data from my work item sheets that are between certain dates and then paste them on a sheet called Est Preview? I have attached my worksheet with an example of what I am looking for on the Est Preview tab. I dont know if it matters but the dates and number of work items for each project can change drastically so those wont always be the same. Also, the actual work items dont start in my worksheet until after the 7th sheet name Est preview.
