Message box when choosing an answer from the list

Hi,

I have a column called available where I have done a list through data validation. The list contains "yes" and "no". What I need help with is, when I go from "No" to "Yes", I want a message box to pop up where it says "Has it been cleaned?" and the answer is also "yes" or "no". If they click "no" then it can't go to "yes" from the list.

I have uploaded an example of my Excel file. On "EX" sheet on "D" column is what I need help with. I want a message box to pop up where it says "Has it been cleaned?" and the answer is also "yes" or "no". If they click "no" then it can't go to "yes" from the list.
