Always Match Destination Formatting Without Disabling Right Click Paste

Hello Excel Forum,

Essentially I have an excel workbook that receives data input from multiple employees. However I want all pasting -- via shortcut or right click paste -- to always match destination formatting. The closest I have been able to figure out is to use this macro and assign it to Ctrl+v:

The caveat here is that colleagues can still mess up the formatting using right click and paste. Currently my only solution has been to disable right click pasting through Options > Advanced -- thus colleagues are forced to use ctrl+v only to paste.

I would like to not disable the right click paste if possible. Is there a way to simply set a whole workbook to "Match Destination Formatting" regardless of the paste method?

Create a Worksheet_Activate event, so when the tab is selected, you can apply a default format.

Here's a quick example:

This way it doesn't matter what formatting they use as it will be corrected by the macro every time the worksheet is activated.

Thank you PrizeGotti, that is just what I need. Since I have all the sheets password protected with allowed edit ranges, applying your method to those ranges keeps everything neat and tidy. Awesome!
