Stuck Pasting instance where cell format occurs in Days into weeks on another sheet

Sorry not sure how to explain this in title.

So in the current workbook I have lots of things that are coming together, but I'm stuck trying to get VBA to recognize if a Y is found anywhere on the Calendar sheet Jan 1st to Jan 7th then paste a Y into the field inspections sheet under week 1 for that corresponding row. anywhere Jan 8th to 14th paste into week 2 on the Field inspections sheet, etc. The current state I left it in is that it will recognize only if its in the last day of that week. This is all controlled by a button on the Calendar sheet and the macro found in module 3.

In all actuality I want this to not be a "Y" but the fill color found in cell B1 in the Calendar sheet.

The purpose is that the fill will show if an employee was present during that time frame and a 1 will say if they completed the task or not. The employee name list will grow and shrink as employees are hired and fired. This is taken care of using the Add employee Tab.

Hope this is enough info to describe where im stuck, if not let me know and Ill try to do better explaining.

As always THANK YOU very much your skills are muchly appreciated!

Something wrong with that file of yours...become corrupt or something...Alot of that code can also be streamlined and simplified...
Anyway...I moved those 2 sheets over to test requirement...
Code placed in Calendar Sheet module...
Place an X or any other char into area...appropriate week num in Inspections Sheet gets indicated by required color...if char is deleted, original color is restored...
