I want to view the CSV extension file in Outlook

I run this file on Excel normally

I want to open and preview it through Outlook before downloading the file itself

Are you trying to see the text contained in the CSV file inline like say an image can be viewed or would just adding a ribbon button that displays a suer form with the file contents work (I'd guess the latter is easier to implement than the former)
