macro to copy template files throughout a network directory

I have a master excel template file that receives frequent updates. The file path and name on our network is Z:\Jobs\2024\_PO\_PO Template.xlsm. I want to use that master file to replace all files in any of the subdirectories starting with the parent directory N:\Jobs\2024, while excluding the source directory, N:\Jobs\2024\_PO\ from the replace function. It should ignore open files with a message for the user that it was open and could not be copied, then continue on through the rest of the directories. Once the replacements are complete it should inform the user.

It's been kicking me in the but for a couple of hours now......
