is there a way to add variable text to a user-form?

Hi,

i have 3 types of input file that use the same macro. Each type of input file only has 3 cols.
Type1: Date, Location, Lot
Type2: Date, Location, Wafer
Type3: Date, Location, Cell

I have this user form which asks the user to select one " variable value = Lot if Type1, Wafer if Type2, and Cell if Type3.

Problem is i dont know which input file is being selected until program opens up file......i was hoping to have program open up file get Variable header value and put it into userform.....is this even possible? enclosed file has userform example . If it cant be done ..thats fine....it would help me help the person running the macro ...but if its not possible thats ok. Just wondering.
