Anyone using Notepad++ and VBA for coding

Just wondering if any one has found value added in writing VBA code using NotePad++? If all the bells and whistles that platform has, if it offers any benefits over or with the VBE?

Why would you code in notepad for VBA. You can't test code there

NP++ is essentially a glorified text editor. In an Excel context I use it for ribbon xml. It formats that nicely.
I can't see any advantage for VBA as, in addition to the previous comments, there is no intellisense, object browser, debugging tools, immediate/locals window etc, or module structure.

Thanks for the responses... confirming what I believed to be the case... I had run across NP++ adulation that made it sound as though I was missing something glaring. Not that the VBE is ideal, but with enough personalized tools its usable...
