Create a registration form

Hi,

The task is to create a registration form that can be adapted to the individual climbing wall, and which will be used in connection with inspections.
I have attached a PDF explaining the assignment as well as a sample file. I need help to create a code that allows me to easily perform these tasks, and hope someone can help with that.

I want to make the form as simple as possible. If I dont need it I will skip it, but I need the other combobox since there will be different amount of safetypoints for each line. linjenummer is the same as number of line.

There is one other thing I wanna ask. Is it possible to put in data for the scrolldownlist without refering to a section in the worksheet? just numbers from 1 til 30

I don't have an issue with merging header cells ... only those where a calculation is involved! Pragmatism over absolutism

Thx for all youre help, and it looks good so far.
There is one thing that needs to be changed.

For number of line (linjenummer) 1, everything is perfect. When registering the second I need the numbers to show as followed:

Slyngenummer 2-1
Slyngenummer 2-2
Slyngenummer 2-3 and so on

Third needs to show

Slyngenummer 3-1
Slyngenummer 3-2
Slyngenummer 3-3 and so on

Is this possible to fix?

@sintek: As the OP simply wants a "pro-forma" produced, I think the chance of getting bitten is small .. but never say never!

I take a similar view on the use of (as an example) OFFSET ... to be used with care but not banned completely!

@ Oystein: I "assumed" (dangerous!) that the "linjenummer" was SELECTED from the combobox1 so how is the second (and subsequent) instances chosen ?

Hi John,

For each registration where it says Slyngerekke, this is working perfect, but I need to make changes in collumn A.

First number has to represent the number in the header (Slyngerekke 1, 2, 3 and so on). So for second reg. the first number needs to be 2, and for third reg. 3 and so on

I am impressed by youre work and how fast you guys solve problems. The issue was not in the header, but the numbers in collumn A where the first number must represent Linjenumber.

Make selection in CB1 this is the Header "Slyngerekke " & CB1 value ...Correct?
Then the rows to populated...

Slyngenr. 1-1
Slyngenr. 1-2
Slyngenr. 1-3 (toppanker)

Is the red number not based on CB1 selection?

I am really sorry. I tried both yours and Sinteks version, and dident see that your version works perfect. I will study both vesions to see if I can manage to make the lines as Sintek had.

I dont now what you mean with CB, but with youre code, the red numbers you refering to was always 1. these has to change as well and represent Linjenummer.

CB = Combobox

That was in my first upload, only realised after posting and then made the required change...
Post 6 works as it should...Give it a go...
