Adding Criteria To Query With 4 Tables Outer Joined

Hi. I have a problem in MsQuery with adding where-clause to sql (query from Progress database) where is 4 tables joined together with outer join. I managed to add where-clause to query where is three tables joined together with outer join simply just adding where clause to the end of sql-clause after outer join clauses.

Is it possible to add where clause to clause where is four tables outer joined together ? Here is example of my code to which I would like to add that where-clause:

I tried to add below where-clause at the end of the code but it didn't work in this four table outer join case but like I told earlier, it worked when I deleted one table from join and there was only three tables that was outer joined.
