    How to hide the Application itself.

    Appreciated all, I have a userform1 and its loaded at workbookopen event.
    It shows but I want it to show without having excel on its background, is that possible?

    SteveLou, one final thought...

    When unloading the UserForm, if you don't intend to show the Excel window again be sure to add the following lines when unloading the form:
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    Otherwise, the EXCEL.EXE will stay running in memory.
