Copy from one sheet and paste into another shee int the blank cell

Hi There,
I want to copy the data in "Sheet1" without the header and paste it in "Sheet2" but only paste it in the first blank cells because i sometimes have data in "Sheet2". i would also like to paste it as paste special method when pasting. See attached for details. thank you very much for your help.

This is perfect. It is working the way i want it to be. One more thing:
I have a list in column A; i want to go thru each cell in column A until the first blank cell and copy and paste special alwasy on column J1. So basically, check if there is value in A1 then copy and paste special in J1 then go to the next cell A2 if there is value then copy and paste special in J1 again and so on until the first blank in column A. We always use paste special when pasting in J1. Thanks again.

Are you sure, it each paste will overwrite the previous one.

sorry with my questions but this code does not check all the rows. I want it to check until it finds the first blank. Below is the details:
