Dynamic Lists

Hi,
I am new to this forum and i hope i am asking the right question. I have a list of items on column J and this list is dynamic; sometimes it grows and sometimes it shrinks. However, i have another list on column A and i want this list to reflect the list on column J. Pls. see attached for more details. Thanks.

Do you need the table in column A to start from a particular row?

Yes, i want to start the list on column A to start on row 9 and i want also to keep the list on column J to start on row 25. Thanks.

The list in column J starts in row 2.. and you want it to start from row 25. Is that right?

Errmm... you posted exactly one thread which was started only two days ago. Oftentimes, the reason for posts not being answered lies in the unclear way the problem is presented.

I got a bit confused with your specs in post #3, because they don't match with what's in your workbook.

But if you want to duplilcate a list from one range of the workbook to another range of the workbook, it may be as easy as referring to the first cell of the list and copy that down.

As per your example file (not as per what you said in post #3, coz I still don't get that..):

in cell A18 enter

=J2

copy down for as many cells as your list may have.
