Karan, I would not declare lRow as an Integer, the number of rows may be too high for an Integer.

Is there a limit for an integer?

The range of an integer is –32,768 to 32,767, for a list of variables see

    http://www.excel-it.com/clear_code.htm

    Did the code work OK?
