macro to replace specific data with column header text

Hi all,

Could someone help me with a simple Macro that would find and replace any cell in a worksheet that contained "T" (for true) with the header value in the first row of the particular column?

i.e., original rows:

Just realized some folks have middle initial "T". Is it possible to set the range of columns searched from R to Z?

I may be pushing my luck... but is it possible to have it replace the "F" (false) replaced with empty cells on with the same function as well?
