VB Code, stop at a specific row?

I have attached a copy of my workbook.

Someone kindly gave me the VB code in the work book.

The top (1st) code turns all text into capitals & works fine.

The 2nd code activates the highlighting of duplicate postcodes, I have put some postcodes in so you can see how it works. Press the Add or Remove Highlights buttons.
What I am looking for is for the highlight to stop highlighting from row 136 onwards as it mucks up the colour formatting.

    Appreciate any help. Thanks.
