Pull data from one worksheet to another, no dupliacte info

Hi,

Please note the attached document.

I would like to setup a macro or data query to extract data from worksheet "Master Control" to worksheet "Service", so that everytime a new name is added to "Master Control", column A,B,D,E of that worksheet is automatically input to the "Service" worksheet.

Also, no duplicate first & last names.

Can someone please help me with this?
