Check Value Status of 5 OptionButton

Hi

I have on UserForm1 5 x OptionButtons, named OptionButton1 to 5. If UserForm1 is loaded, none of the 5 is selected. I use Double Click on ListBox1, to do whatever each OptionButton is coded to. How can I check the value status of all 5 and to give me a message that No OptionButton is selected
