Copy and pasting row when it dectecs key word from one table thenpasting to another tabl

Hi,

I'm not very good at coding macros. But I'm trying to make a macro that would cut and paste any rows that has the word "OPEN POT" in Column G to another table in the same sheet, I don't want the row to be deleted, just cleared. Hope that makes sense.

Not quite, sorry I wasn't very clear with my request and I was confusing my self. Basically that macro pulls the data from the Data feed sheet into there respective sheets. I then need to move the data depending on there type from the bottom table to the top table. I only want to copy all the rows except those that have "OPEN POT" in Column G.
