Macro to compare the 2 excel worksheet and copy the unmatches data to new worksheet‏

Hi,
I am currently dealing with different set of data and I need to provide the unreconcile record in a new worksheet.

Sp I would like to create a macro to help with comparing the data in 2 worksheets and it should highlight and copy the I unmatches data to a new worksheet. For the ease of explaining, I have uploaded the sample excel file and the requirement as follows.

There are 3 worksheets in an excel file. Assumming they are "Tab 1", "Tab 2" and "unrecon data" worksheet.
We will compare the data in Tab 1 and Tab 2 and display those not matches records from Tab 1 to "unrecon data" worksheet.

1st -
Define the unique value for matching the information in "Tab 1" and Tab 2" worksheet.
Example : We will be using the Field "Name" as the unique value for matching.

2nd -
Compare row data in "Tab 2" against row data in "Tab 1".Find any missing row data in "Tab 2". Copy the missing data from "Tab 1" to "unrecon data" worksheet.
Highlight the record in "Tab 1" worksheet as well to create attention for the user.

3rd -
Macro is able to find the correct field to match against even the data is not in the same column in 2 different worksheets.
Example: Field "Name" is display at column A in "Tab 1" worksheet and the "Name" field is display at column D in "Tab 2".

4th -
Compare the data in "Tab 2" worksheet against "Tab 1"worksheet. If any value missing or unmatches. It shall copy the row from "Tab 1" and display under "unrecon data" worksheet.
Highlight the missing or unmatches data in "Tab 2".

Can anyone assist with the macro for this case? I am trying to do it step by step. I will just need to compare the 2 set of data then copy and paste the missing or extra data in a new sheet first. Hopefully that someone can assist on it..thank you very much!
