VBA to grey out the remainder of row

Hi Guys,

I have been stuck on this problem for a while now and wondering if anyone could offer some assistance.
I have a sheet with numerours columns, Columns J,N,R & U offer the user the following options: "Withdraw, Reject, Proceed".

What i'm trying to achieve is that if the user selects "Withdraw" or "reject" the remainder of the row to be greyed out (until column AE).

Any help would be really appreciated.
