Pasting data at regular time interval

Hi:

I am working on making a sheet wherein data can be pasted automatically at regular time interval....

I am attaching a sample sheet...

The first sheet is DATA.... Here there are certain feeds which are updated on an on-going basis. Based on these, there are certain totals and calculations (in row 13 of sample sheet DATA)

The second sheet is "PASTING DATA REGULAR INTERVAL"

The values in row 13 of sheet "DATA" have been linked in row 3 of this second sheet. These values basically need to be pasted at regular intervals.... In the given sample sheet, I have put 5 items "Price", "Volume", "Turnover", "abc", "xyz".... These may be more.....

Cell A1 has the time interval at which I would need the data to be pasted regularly....

Column C has the formula for computing the time at which the data should be pasted...

I would thereafter need individual graphs (being updated automatically as values keep getting pasted) for each of the items that are being pasted...

can someone help me on this?
