Autofilter macro run only if either two cells change in value

Hi all. Sorry for spamming

My file's username is username1 and password is password1.

For sheet "Statement of Accounts", I would like to run the macro if either cell A3 or cell E3 changes. Both these cells are list from data validation. Currently it only runs if cell A3 changes. Thank you!
