    Invoice and Database, please help!

    Hi
    I am new to my job and trying to set up an invoicing system for them.
    I would like the workbook to act as a template for invoice creation and also a database for all created invoices.
    I would like for it to have a "save" button. When I click the button the information on the invoice form, such as Client Name, Date, Invoice number and balance owed are moved into a database in a separate sheet in the same workbook. Also a save prompt comes up, allowing the user to save and print the invoice they created. Once the invoice file is closed the template would clear for the next entry, but the information in the database remains. Is it also possible to make the invoice number auto populate so that everytime someone opens it the next invoice number is already there and ready to go.
    I'm very new at this, less then two weeks, so I kind of feel like I'm swinging in the dark. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
