Sort and delete rows based on the values in a cell?

    Hello
Please have a look at the attachment.
Column A is employee numbers. With each grouping of job numbers, with the pay rate and working hours. I want to choose the lowest pay rate for each job number and delete all the rows with the higher pay rate
So, with that in mind - I only want to be left with the data in rows 8, 15, 24, and 39
    How do I do that?
